Directly traded through Paisa Coffee whose founder, Yolima Taborda Rojas, is dedicated to connecting the Colombian farms of her family with roasters like us!

Finca la María is produced by the Taborda Cortez Family in southwestern Antioquia. Fully washed with tasting notes of green apple, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate. We had the pleasure of visiting this farm in January of 2019. Finca la María is dedicated to trying new varieties of coffee and experimenting with various processing methods. This farm and location up the mountain from Titiribi felt like a garden of the gods.
